Fencing
Article III, Section 6F states that any and all fences to be erected or constructed in, on, or around any Lot in SEXTON MOUNTAIN MEADOWS shall be first reviewed and approved by the Design Review Committee prior to installation.
No fencing shall be installed in the Front Yard, and no chain link fences in any form are permitted. All fencing shall be of a type, style, finish and color to be compatible and in harmony with an adjoining property. All fences shall be of the “good-neighbor” style and shall be painted or stained immediately after installation (weather permitting).
A DRC Application must be completed, signed & dated by the applicant, and submitted to the DRC for review. Don’t forget to include a sample of the color you plan to paint or stain the fence you plan to install.
The required information may be delivered to any Board Member for distribution & review for the purpose of obtaining majority approval by the Design Review Committee.
